Contact
Hi, I'm Peter. I answer the emails.
All of them, personally, usually within a day. Bug reports, wild ideas, a directory I missed, or just to say you launched. Write the way you would to a friend who happens to know every submission form by heart.
It says support, but it is my inbox. No ticket numbers, no autoresponder, no bot pretending to be me. I read it between directory submissions and reply on weekdays, most often the same day.
Help me help you
One line of context saves us both a round trip.
No template needed. These are just the details that let my first reply be the useful one.
Something broke
Tell me which directory and which step, and what you expected instead. A screenshot of the form beats a paragraph, and the package URL lets me reproduce it in seconds.
A directory is missing or wrong
Send the URL. I submit a real product to every directory before it goes on the list, so I will go through the form myself and write up what it takes.
An idea, a partnership, press
Just write it plainly. I read every one, and if it fits you will get a reply with questions rather than a form letter.
Faster than email
The usual questions, already answered.
Most emails I get are about one of these. If yours is too, the answer is a click away and you skip waiting for me.

Who you are writing to
Launch to Win is one person. That person is me.
I'm Peter Theill. I have launched more than 50 products of my own, and somewhere around the fortieth I noticed I was retyping the same tagline into the same forms. At some point the tool was easier than the typing. The submission forms you are fighting with are the ones I filled in last week.
That is why bug reports get fixed rather than filed, and why the directory list has notes a bigger company would not bother to write. If something about the product feels wrong to you, it probably feels wrong to me too. Say so.
