Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Free gives you one launch package, AI prefill from your URL, the Chrome extension, copy-ready fields for 5 directories and the submission dashboard. No credit card, no trial clock.
What counts as a launch package?
One package per product: name, tagline, descriptions at every length, logo, screenshots, pricing, categories and links. Free covers 1 package, Maker 5, Shipaholic unlimited. Submitting the same package to fifty directories still counts as one package.
What is the difference between Maker and Shipaholic?
Maker lifts the directory cap, adds WebMCP so your AI agent can read your packages, AI form mapping for directories we have not seen yet, and press assets in every size. Shipaholic adds unlimited packages, one-click semi-automated submissions where a directory allows it, and priority support.
What are one-click semi-automated submissions?
On Shipaholic, tick a directory and we fill and file the submission for you where the directory's form allows it, then email you the result. Directories that require your own account or a manual review still go through the extension or copy-ready fields. You stay in control either way.
Do you charge per directory or per submission?
No. Submit every package to every directory as often as you like. Some directories charge their own listing or fast-track fees; those are paid to the directory, not to us.
Can I switch or cancel my plan?
Upgrade from the billing page and the new limits apply immediately. Cancel any time and you are back on Free right away. Every package stays editable; new ones are capped at 1 until you upgrade again.
Can I pay once instead of subscribing?
Yes. If you would rather not have another subscription, pay $249 once and keep Maker for as long as Launch to Win runs: 5 packages, every directory and WebMCP, with no renewals and no card on file. That is about 13 months of Maker up front. Shipaholic stays a subscription because its semi-automated submissions cost us per launch.
Is VAT included?
Prices are in USD and exclude VAT. Where VAT applies to your country it is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.
Do you submit to directories on my behalf?
Not by default. Nearly every directory wants your own account and a human review, so we make each submission fast rather than automatic: copy-ready fields, Chrome autofill, or your AI agent through WebMCP. Only Shipaholic's semi-automated submissions file forms for you, and only where a directory allows it.
